Very expected game in Kyiv where bottom-ranked Halychyna (0-2) was rolled over by top-ranked Budivelnyk (2-0) 90-71 on Monday. The game was mostly controlled by Budivelnyk. Halychyna managed to win fourth quarter 16-13. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Budivelnyk looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. Loser Halychyna still closes the standings with two games lost. They share the position with BC Donetsk and DniproAzot. Budivelnyk will meet at home Dnipro (#9) in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Halychyna will play against Khimik (#3) in Yuzhny.
