Higher ranked ALBA Berlin (1-2) fell to fourteenth ranked Phoenix Hagen (2-2) in overtime by seven points 91-98 on Sunday night. ALBA Berlin was trailing by 2 points at halftime but managed to get 9-point lead after three quarters before a 27-18 charge of Phoenix Hagen, which allowed them to tie the game at the end of regular time. They were better in overtime eventually winning that period 17-10. Phoenix Hagen had a 15-4 advantage in offensive rebounds. ALBA Berlin was plagued by 25 personal fouls down the stretch.
