The game had a very big importance for second-ranked Rudupis as it allowed them to take a leadership position. Rudupis smashed bottom-ranked Naglis Palangos in Prienai 95-62. The game without a history. Rudupis led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Rudupis outrebounded Naglis Palangos 42-30 including a 32-19 advantage in defensive rebounds.
