No shocking result in a game when sixth ranked Neptunas (2-1) edged 8th ranked Pieno Zvaigzdes (1-3) in Pasvalys 74-71 on Friday. The guests trailed by 3 points at the halftime before their 26-13 charge in the third quarter, which allowed them to win the game. Pieno Zvaigzdes was plagued by 26 personal fouls down the stretch. It was a good game for guard Martynas Mazeika (193-85, agency: Limelight Hoops) who led his team to a victory with 19 points and 6 rebounds. American forward Arinze Onuaku (206-87, college: Syracuse) contributed with 18 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. Guard Zydrunas Kelys (188-87) answered with 15 points and 5 assists and forward Paulius Morkeliunas (201-85, college: LIU Brooklyn) added 12 points and 7 rebounds in the effort for Pieno Zvaigzdes.
