The game had a very big importance for second-ranked Musson as it allowed them to take a leadership position. Musson defeated 6th ranked Vinnitsky Zubry in Symferopil 82-71. The hosts trailed by 4 points after first quarter, but they stormed back to get the 8-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 82-71. Musson dominated down low during the game scoring 48 of its points in the paint compared to Vinnitsky Zubry's 26 and made 22-of-28 free shots (78.6 percent) during the game. Musson forced 19 Vinnitsky Zubry turnovers and outrebounded them 31-13 including a 14-0 advantage in offensive rebounds.
