There was a minor upset when 6th ranked Jedinstvo NB (2-2) lost on the road to ninth ranked KK Jagodina (2-2) 95-89 on Saturday. The hosts started the game with a very strong first quarter 38-18. But Jedinstvo NB won second period 19-16. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. KK Jagodina made 24-of-31 free shots (77.4 percent) during the game. Guard Vuk Pekovic (183-89) replied with 21 points and guard Igor Jevdjenic (195-91) added 13 points and 5 rebounds (made all of his seven free throws) in the effort for Jedinstvo NB. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. KK Jagodina moved-up to fourth place, which they share with 6 other teams including defeated Jedinstvo NB. KK Jagodina will face higher ranked Konstantin (#3) in Nis in the next round and it may be the game of the week. Jedinstvo NB will play at home against Napredak A. in Aleksinac.
