Regular Season Round 9: SISU - Horsholm 95-77

The game between third ranked Horsholm (5-4) and sixth ranked SISU (4-5) was the most important one in the last round on Tuesday night. Horsholm was defeated by SISU in Copenhagen 77-95. The game without a history. SISU led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. It was a good game for international point guard Mikael Nielsen (178-90) who led his team to a victory with 22 points and 4 steals. Swingman David Harder (196-87) contributed with 18 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. SISU's coach Almir Zeco used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. American forward Bonell Colas (205-82, college: Florida) answered with 24 points and 6 rebounds and the other American import power forward Joe Benjamin (201-83, college: W.Virginia St.) added 9 points and 9 rebounds in the effort for Horsholm. Five SISU and four Horsholm players scored in double figures. SISU maintains sixth place with 4-5 record. Horsholm at the other side keeps the third position with four games lost. They share it with Naestved. SISU are looking forward to face bottom-ranked Aalborg (#10) at home in the next round. Horsholm will play against the league's second-placed Bakken (#2) in Aarhus and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
