The most crucial game of the last round was a loss of Spot Up Medien Baskets (6-3) in Braunschweig on Sunday night. Hosts were defeated by Hannover Tigers (6-1) 111-95. It ended at the same time the six-game winning streak of Spot Up Medien Baskets. The guests trailed by 3 points after three quarters before their 33-14 charge, which allowed them to win the game.
