Regular Season Round 8: Sencur CP - Grosuplje 83-78

There was a change at the D2 leadership position after last games. Round 8 most important game was a defeat of league's leader Grosuplje (6-2). They were defeated by fourth ranked Sencur CP (6-1) 83-78 on Friday night. It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of Grosuplje. It was a key game for the top position in the league. The hosts trailed by 5 points after three quarters before their 29-19 charge, which allowed them to win the game. Grosuplje will play next round against strong Triglav Strazisce trying to make it back to the top of the standings. Sencur CP will try to continue on its current victory against twelfth ranked Konjice on the road.
