There was an upset in Ankara where higher ranked Tofas (3-4) was defeated by thirteenth ranked Hacettepe Univ. (2-5) 73-67 on Saturday. The hosts trailed by 9 points after first quarter, but they rallied back and won the game by 6 points. Hacettepe Univ. dominated on the defensive end, holding Tofas to just 6 points in third quarter. Tofas was plagued by 29 personal fouls down the stretch.
