Undefeated leader Anadolu Efes delivered the seventh consecutive win on Saturday night. This time they beat 11th ranked Karsiyaka (2-5) 79-74 in Istanbul. The hosts trailed by 1 point at the halftime before their 44-38 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. Serbian power forward Dusko Savanovic (204-83, agency: Beo Basket) fired 15 points and 7 rebounds for the winners. The former international forward Ersan Ilyasova (207-87) chipped in 12 points and 8 rebounds. Anadolu Efes' coach Ufuk Sarica used an eleven-player rotation in such tough game.
