The guests were tied at the half but managed to speed up in last two quarters eventually winning the game. The former international forward Philip Zwiener (198-85) fired 9 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners. American point guard Dru Joyce (183-85, college: Akron) chipped in 9 points and 5 assists. TBB Trier's coach Henrik Roedl used a ten-player rotation and allowed the starting five to rest.
