Fourteenth-ranked S.Marciulionio (6-12) used its home court advantage to challenge third ranked Zalgiris-Sabonio (12-6). The visitors from Kaunas managed to secure only three-point victory 76-73. However their fans expected much easier game. The guests were tied after three quarters but managed to speed up in last quarter eventually winning the game. The best player for the winners was forward Rolandas Jakstas (200-92) who scored 25 points and 9 rebounds. Forward Vaidas Kariniauskas (198-93) chipped in a double-double by scoring 19 points and 12 rebounds.
