The game had a very big importance for second-ranked Delikatesas as it allowed them to take a leadership position. Delikatesas defeated 8th ranked Meresta in Joniskis 78-72. The hosts started the game with a very strong first quarter 31-13. But Meresta won second period 28-15. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening.
