NKL round 18 caused change at the leadership position. Sixth defeat of league's leader Radviliskis (12-6) against sixth ranked Triobet (10-8) 80-77 was the most important game of the last round. The hosts trailed by 1 point after first quarter, but they rallied back to get the 5-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 80-77.
