There was a minor upset when higher ranked Balikesir (3-8) was edged at home by twentiethth ranked Tire Gucu (3-8) 66-63 on Saturday. The guests trailed by 1 point at the halftime before their 32-28 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. Tire Gucu forced 19 Balikesir turnovers.
