Third ranked Zlatorog (6-3) crushed at home 9th ranked LTHcast Mercator (1-8) by 20 points 79-59, which is the biggest margin this round. The game without a history. Zlatorog led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. It was a good game for guard Luka Lapornik (195-88) who led his team to a victory with 16 points. Forward Mitja Smrdelj (201-91) contributed with 12 points for the winners. Zlatorog's coach Ivan Sunara allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. LTHcast Mercator will play on the road against Geoplin Slovan (#8) in Ljubljana and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
