Rather predictable result when sixth ranked Sencur CP (7-4) won against 10th ranked Medvode (3-8) in Kranj 77-70. Medvode was ahead by 2 points after three quarters before a 18-9 charge of Sencur CP, which allowed them to win the game. They outrebounded Medvode 46-31 including 16 on the offensive glass. Medvode was plagued by 25 personal fouls down the stretch. Worth to mention a great performance of Kosovan guard Dragan Pusic (193-84) who helped to win the game recording 24 points, 5 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals and center Jure Erzen (203-75) who added 17 points and 15 rebounds during the contest. The best for the losing side was guard Dejan Buncic (177-77) with 26 points and 6 rebounds and center Dusan Dolinar (204-81) scored 15 points and 6 rebounds (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field). Sencur CP moved-up to fifth place, which they share with Branik. Medvode lost sixth consecutive game. They dropped to the eleventh position with eight games lost. Sencur CP will play against Jance Prit (#12) in Ljubljana in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Medvode will play at home against Terme Olimia in Podcetrtek and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
