The game between top-ranked Zalgiris (7-0) and 10th ranked Kedainiai (2-7) in Kaunas ended with biggest points difference. Zalgiris outscored guests from Kedainiai 81-60. It looked good early as Kedainiai took an 1-point lead at the end of first quarter.
