The game had a very big importance for second-ranked Delikatesas as it allowed them to take a leadership position. Delikatesas defeated 7th ranked Mazeikiai in Joniskis 72-66. It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of Mazeikiai. The hosts trailed by 2 points at the halftime before their 33-25 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. Guard Aivaras Kvedaravicius (184-88) orchestrated the victory by scoring 17 points and 4 assists.
