Very expected game when 15th ranked TBB Trier (4-8) was defeated at home by third ranked ALBA Berlin (8-2) 78-74. The guests took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But TBB Trier won third quarter 26-17. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. ALBA Berlin made 21-of-26 charity shots (80.8 percent) during the game. ALBA Berlin outrebounded TBB Trier 35-24 including 18 on the offensive glass. Americans were the main players on the court. It was a good game for forward Torin Francis (210-83, college: Notre Dame) who led his team to a victory with 18 points and 8 rebounds (on 7-of-8 shooting from the field). Guard Kyle Weaver (198-86, college: Washington St., agency: Interperformances) contributed with 12 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners.
