The game in Bila Tserkva was also worth to mention about. 7th ranked Koksokh-Stal (5-9) played at the court of eighth ranked Sportlitsey (3-13). Sportlitsey managed to secure a 4-point victory 74-70. It looked good early as Koksokh-Stal took an 5-point lead at the end of first quarter. But then Sportlitsey had a 22-14 second period charge getting the lead and Koksokh-Stal was not able to take back game control losing it eventually 70-74. Sportlitsey dominated down low during the game scoring 44 of its points in the paint compared to Koksokh-Stal's 24. It was a very good performance for guard Tomas Vitetskas (173-93) who helped to win the game recording 25 points and 5 rebounds. Center Evgen Pereviertuh (207-94) contributed with 15 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. Power forward Jan Selivanov (200-79) replied with 27 points and 6 rebounds and swingman Boris Bereziuk (196-87) added 10 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for Koksokh-Stal. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Sportlitsey maintains eighth position with 3-13 record. Koksokh-Stal at the other side keeps the seventh place with nine games lost. Sportlitsey's next round opponent will be again higher ranked Koksokh-Stal (#7) in Alchevsk and it may be quite challenging game.
