Very predictable result when seventh ranked New Yorker Phantoms (9-7) beat on the road bottom-ranked BG Goettingen (2-14) 76-66 on Monday. The game without a history. New Yorker Phantoms led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. The game was also dominated by American players. Guard Immanuel McElroy (193-80, college: Cincinnati) fired 13 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. Power forward Rich Melzer (203-79, college: Wisc.-RiverFal., agency: Court Side) chipped in 13 points and 8 rebounds. New Yorker Phantoms' coach Sebastian Machowski allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games.
