Very important is a road loss of third ranked Sirenos (7-6) against fifth ranked Utena (6-8) on Friday night. Visiting Sirenos was defeated by Utena in a tough game in Utena 64-70. Sirenos was ahead by 10 points at the halftime before a 42-26 second half run of Utena. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Sirenos to just 6 points in third quarter.
