Bottom-ranked ABRO-Universitetas managed to get a sixth victory, breaking the series of three consecutive loses. This time they won against thirteenth-ranked Silute in Siauliai 61-52. The hosts took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But Silute won third quarter 12-6. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. The game was decided in the last minutes when ABRO-Universitetas won last quarter 20-13. They also forced 19 Silute turnovers. The best player for the winners was guard Rokas Giedraitis (195-92) who scored 19 points and 4 steals. Guard Aridas Kurauskas (184-92) chipped in 3 points, 9 rebounds and 7 assists. Swingman Andrius Cizikas (197-88) produced 12 points and 9 rebounds and center Arturas Kaubrys (205-83) added 13 points and 9 rebounds respectively for the guests. ABRO-Universitetas (6-17) moved-up to fifteenth place, which they share with Gargzdai. Silute at the other side keeps the thirteenth position with 14 games lost. ABRO-Universitetas' next round opponent will be higher ranked Delikatesas (#3) in Joniskis and it will be quite challenging to get another victory.
