Rather expected game when 9th ranked Vestel (9-8) lost on the road to seventh ranked Maliye Milli (12-5) 67-61. The best player for the winners was guard Caner Erdeniz (188-87) who scored 16 points and 7 rebounds. American power forward Arthur Johnson (206-81, college: Missouri) chipped in a double-double by scoring 11 points and 11 rebounds.
