Not a big story in a game in Konya where 11th ranked Tire Gucu (8-10) was rolled over by third ranked Selcuk Universitesi (14-4) 105-85 on Saturday. The game without a history. Selcuk Universitesi led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 64 of its points in the paint compared to Tire Gucu's 30. Selcuk Universitesi looked well-organized offensively handing out 29 assists. It was a great evening for American guard Henry Antwan Dobie (183-78, college: LIU Brooklyn) who led his team to a victory scoring 28 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists. Forward Mehmet Ufuk Kacar (195-76, agency: 1x1 Sports) helped adding 22 points and 6 assists. Four Selcuk Universitesi players scored in double figures. At the losing side guard Volkan Incekara (192-90) responded with 17 points and American forward Justin Carter (193-87, college: Creighton, agency: Pro Partner Sports Management) scored 17 points. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. Selcuk Universitesi have an impressive series of ten victories in a row. They moved-up to second place, which they share with Gaziantep. Loser Tire Gucu dropped to the tenth position with ten games lost. Selcuk Universitesi will face Istanbulspor (#15) at home in the next round which should be another easy win for them. Tire Gucu will play against Istanbul B.B. (#10) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
