Not a big story in a game when 11th ranked BBC Bayreuth (8-11) was rolled over on the road by second ranked ratiopharm Ulm (16-2) 74-52 on Saturday. The hosts trailed by 3 points after first quarter, but they stormed back to get the 9-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 74-52. ratiopharm Ulm dominated on the defensive end, holding BBC Bayreuth to just 6 points in second quarter.
