NBC moved-up to seventh place, which they share with Heidelberg. Loser BG Karlsruhe keeps the thirteenth position with 12 games lost. NBC will meet Science City Jena (#9) on the road in the next round. BG Karlsruhe will play against Saar-Pfalz Braves (#14) in Homburg and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
