Superleague top team - Budivelnyk (20-6) managed to deliver another win. This time they beat thirteenth ranked Cherkasy (7-19) 79-67. The guests were tied after three quarters but managed to speed up in last quarter eventually winning the game. Belarusian center Artsiom Parakhouski (211-87, college: Radford) fired 18 points and 5 rebounds (on 8-of-9 shooting from the field) for the winners. American forward Zach Morley (203-83, college: Wisconsin) chipped in 11 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists. Budivelnyk's coach Zvezdan Mitrovic allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. The former international point guard Alexander Panchenko (184-84) produced 17 points and 7 assists (made all of his seven free throws) and Nigerian center Kenny Adeleke (205-83, college: Hartford) added 13 points and 9 rebounds respectively for lost side.
