Very important is a home loss of second ranked BC Donetsk (18-8) against twelfth ranked DniproAzot (8-18) on Friday night. Host BC Donetsk was crushed by DniproAzot in Donetsk 92-73. The game without a history. DniproAzot led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. DniproAzot shot 25 for 34 from the free-throw line, while BC Donetsk only scored nine points from the stripe. BC Donetsk was plagued by 27 personal fouls down the stretch. Filipino-American point guard Stanley Pringle (184-87, college: Penn St.) stepped up and scored 23 points, 6 rebounds, 8 assists and 5 steals for the winners and American guard Mario Little (195-87, college: Kansas) chipped in 20 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists. Four DniproAzot players scored in double figures. At the losing side Serbian forward Ivan Radenovic (208-84, college: Arizona) responded with 22 points and 8 rebounds and Serbian point guard Vule Avdalovic (189-81, agency: Beo Basket) scored 14 points and 4 assists. BC Donetsk's coach Sasa Obradovic tested ten players seeing no chance for a win. DniproAzot maintains twelfth place with 8-18 record. BC Donetsk at the other side keeps the second position with eight games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
