Second Stage Round 1: Radviliskis - Triobet 53-55

Top ranked Radviliskis (21-10) recorded its tenth loss at the home court. Hosts were edged by eighth ranked Triobet (17-14) 55-53. The guests were ahead by 7 points but lost the second period ending it with a 4-point deficit before their 16-10 run, which allowed them to win the game. Worth to mention a great performance of guard Tadas Sebeziovas (183-85) who helped to win the game recording 9 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists. Forward Henrikas Vorotnikovas (203-90) contributed with 14 points for the winners. Triobet's coach Kestutis Narusevicius allowed to play the deep bench players in such tough game. Guard Tomas Rakauskas (183-81) answered with 24 points and forward Audrius Mineikis (201-77) added 6 points and 13 rebounds in the effort for Radviliskis. Triobet moved-up to seventh place in . Radviliskis at the other side dropped to the second position with ten games lost. Triobet will play against league's leader LKKA-Atletas in Kaunas in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Radviliskis will play on the road against Matinga-Juod. in Marijampole and hopes to get back on the winning track.
