The game had a very big importance for second-ranked Radviliskis as it allowed them to take a leadership position in . Radviliskis defeated 3rd placed Delikatesas at home 73-61. The game was mostly controlled by Radviliskis. Delikatesas was better in fourth quarter 20-19. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They outrebounded Delikatesas 45-33 including 31 on the defensive glass. Worth to mention a great performance of forward Audrius Mineikis (201-77) who helped to win the game recording 9 points, 11 rebounds and 4 assists. Center Juozas Ramanauskas (207-85) contributed with 12 points and 9 rebounds for the winners. Center Tautvydas Slezas (207-90, agency: Interperformances) answered with a double-double by scoring 14 points, 11 rebounds and 5 assists and swingman Vaidotas Jatulevicius (194-88) added 10 points and 6 rebounds in the effort for Delikatesas. Four Delikatesas players scored in double figures. As mentioned above they took over a top position. Delikatesas at the other side keeps the third place with 15 games lost. Delikatesas will have a break next week, which should allow them to rest in order to get back on the winning path. Radviliskis will try to continue on its current victory against sixth ranked Zalgiris-Sabonio at Kaunas.
