There was a surprise result when ninth ranked Licher Baeren (11-11) crushed at home higher ranked BSW Sixers (14-8) 86-64 on Saturday. The game without a history. Licher Baeren led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 50 of its points in the paint compared to BSW Sixers' 28. American forward Tyrone Bradshaw (203-86, college: S.Indiana, agency: KMG Sports Management) orchestrated the victory by scoring 29 points and 5 rebounds. Naturalized Israeli guard Guy Aud (182-89) contributed with 16 points and 4 assists for the winners. Bradshaw is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Four Licher Baeren players scored in double figures. Licher Baeren's coach Igor Starcevic felt very confident that he used 11 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. American forward Aaron Fleetwood (206-84, college: Delaware St., agency: Scorers 1st Sportmanagement) replied with a double-double by scoring 11 points and 13 rebounds and his fellow American import guard Willis Gardner (185-86, college: Colorado St.) added 16 points in the effort for BSW Sixers. Licher Baeren moved-up to eighth place in Group South, which they share with TSV Troester. Newly promoted BSW Sixers keep the fourth position with eight games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
