Regular Season Round 27: Vestel - Final Genclik 89-69

The game in Manisa supposed to be also quite interesting. 7th ranked Final Genclik (16-10) played at the court of eighth ranked Vestel (16-10). Vestel did not have too big problems ending evening with a very confident victory 89-69 on Saturday. The game without a history. Vestel led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 60 of its points in the paint compared to Final Genclik's 30. They outrebounded Final Genclik 42-27 including 31 on the defensive glass. The best player for the winners was swingman Hakan Erol (200-83) who scored 27 points and 6 rebounds. Forward Hadi Ozdemir (203-83) chipped in a double-double by scoring 10 points and 10 rebounds. Five Vestel players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was point guard Esat Sinanoglu (188-82) who recorded 12 points and 6 assists and point guard Erdem Ilter (-90) added 14 points and 6 rebounds respectively. Both coaches tested many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Vestel have a solid series of four victories in a row. They moved-up to seventh place, which they share with defeated Final Genclik. Vestel will meet Orman Genc (#19) in the next round which should be another easy win for them. Final Genclik will play against TED Istanbul (#20) and hope to secure a win.
