It ended at the same time the five-game winning streak of Mersin. The hosts took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But Mersin won third quarter 15-8. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Americans were the main players on the court. Botas' next round opponent will be Tarsus Bld (#9) in Mersin. Mersin will play on the road against the league's second-placed Galatasaray (#2) in Istanbul and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
