Regular Season Round 19: SISU - Horsens 90-67

An interesting game for SISU (19-0) which hosted in Copenhagen 3rd placed Horsens (11-8). Leader SISU had an easy win 90-67. The game was mostly controlled by SISU. Horsens managed to win second period 15-13. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They made 21-of-26 free shots (80.8 percent) during the game. SISU forced 20 Horsens turnovers. Worth to mention a great performance of Kiki Lund (177-83, college: Dayton) who helped to win the game recording 19 points. Center Iben Soltau (185-86, college: St.Bonaventure) contributed with 16 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. Five SISU players scored in double figures. SISU's coach Hrannar Holm felt very confident using 10 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Australian guard Charmaine Furgeson (176-86) answered with 24 points and 9 rebounds and American swingman Brittany Bowen (177-88, college: Butler) added 14 points in the effort for Horsens. SISU have an impressive series of nineteen victories in a row. Defending champion maintains first place with 19-0 record. Horsens at the other side keep the third position with eight games lost. They share it with Vaerlose. SISU are looking forward to face Aabyhoj (#6) at home in the next round which should be theoretically another easy game. Horsens will play against Vaerlose and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
