B League round 22 caused change at the leadership position. Ninth defeat of league's leader Mladost Cacak (13-9) against second ranked Mladost Zemun (14-8) 71-56 was the most important game of the last round. It was a key game for the top position in the league. The hosts trailed by 6 points at the halftime before their 42-21 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. Mladost Zemun dominated on the defensive end, holding Mladost Cacak to just 5 points in third quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 38 of its points in the paint compared to Mladost Cacak's 18. Filip Dumic replied with 23 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists and forward Ivan Dukanac (199-80) added 12 points and 7 rebounds in the effort for Mladost Cacak. Mladost Zemun keeps a position of league leader, which they share with Konstantin and Jagodina. Mladost Cacak at the other side dropped to the fourth place with nine games lost. They share the position with Spartak and Radnicki OB. They were replaced at the leadership position by Mladost Zemun. Mladost Cacak will play next round against Crnokosa trying to make it back to the top of the standings. Mladost Zemun will try to continue on its current victory against fifth ranked Spartak in Subotica.
