The game was mostly controlled by Pecs 2010. Vasas managed to win fourth quarter 24-13. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Pecs 2010 dominated down low during the game scoring 58 of its points in the paint compared to Vasas' 30. They outrebounded Vasas 39-27 including a 29-14 advantage in defensive rebounds. International guard Krisztina Raksanyi (180-91) scored 18 points and 6 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and American guard Allie Quigley (180-86, college: De Paul) chipped in 14 points and 5 rebounds during the contest. Four Pecs 2010 players scored in double figures. Latvian center Anita Teilane (196-85) responded with 12 points, 7 rebounds and 4 blocks and Sz Katona scored 11 points. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
