An exciting game between Top Four teams was played in Ljubljana. Top-ranked Amit12 faced one of their biggest challengers Zlatorog. Host Amit12 (2-0) defeated guests from Lasko (0-2) 73-61. Zlatorog was ahead by 1 point at the halftime before a 38-25 second half run of Amit12. They dominated down low during the game scoring 52 of its points in the paint compared to Zlatorog's 28. Montenegrin forward Vladimir Dasic (206-88, agency: Beo Basket) orchestrated the victory by scoring 18 points, 9 rebounds, 5 assists and 4 steals. The former international forward Dino Muric (200-90) contributed with 14 points for the winners. Four Amit12 players scored in double figures. Center Alen Omic (213-92) replied with 10 points and 8 rebounds and forward Jaka Brodnik (203-92) added 13 points in the effort for Zlatorog. Amit12 maintains third position in League with 2-0 record having 31 points less than leader Polzela. Zlatorog at the other side still closes the standings with two games lost. Amit12 will play against league's leader Helios in Domzale in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Zlatorog will play at home against Sentjur and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
