The game between closely ranked teams ended with ninth ranked BC Kyiv's (18-17) road victory over 10th ranked Kryvbasbasket (14-22) 90-75 on Saturday. The game without a history. BC Kyiv led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. The best player for the winners was American guard Gary Ervin (183-83, college: Arkansas) who scored 15 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists. Loser Kryvbasbasket keeps the tenth place with 22 games lost. BC Kyiv will meet higher ranked Khimik (#6) in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. Kryvbasbasket will play against the league's leader Budivelnyk (#1) where they are definitely not considered as a favorite in this game either.
