There was no surprise when 7th ranked Hoverla (20-17) was defeated on the road by second ranked BC Donetsk (28-8) 69-59. The game was mostly controlled by BC Donetsk. Hoverla was better in fourth quarter 16-14. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Serbian point guard Vule Avdalovic (189-81, agency: Beo Basket) nailed 16 points and 6 assists for the winning side and international center Viacheslav Kravtsov (211-87, agency: Beo Basket) accounted for 10 points, 10 rebounds and 4 blocks.
