The game had a very big importance for third-ranked Musson as it allowed them to take a leadership position. Musson defeated 5th ranked BC-93 Pulsar in Symferopil 79-68 in overtime. BC-93 Pulsar was trailing by 11 points at halftime but managed to get 3-point lead after three quarters before a 17-14 charge of Musson, which allowed them to tie the game at the end of regular time. They were better in overtime eventually winning that period 19-8. Musson made 27-of-31 free shots (87.1 percent) during the game. They also forced 20 BC-93 Pulsar turnovers and outrebounded them 43-32 including 33 on the defensive glass. Guard Andrei Senkevich (188-86) fired 20 points and 4 steals for the winners. Forward Dimitri Shevchenko (197-85) chipped in 13 points and 6 rebounds. Forward Evgen Korovyakov (197-88) produced 24 points and 5 rebounds and forward Andrei Artimovic (202-85) added 14 points and 5 rebounds respectively for lost side. Musson have a solid four-game winning streak. As mentioned above they are alone now at the top position. BC-93 Pulsar lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the fifth place with 15 games lost. BC-93 Pulsar will have a break next week, which should allow them to rest in order to get back on the winning path. Musson will try to continue on its current victory against fifth ranked BC-93 Pulsar in Rovno.
