Semi-Finals Game 2: Chevakata - Spartak SP 81-57
Date: April 16, 2012
The game was mostly controlled by Vologda-Chevakata. Spartak St.Petersburg was better in third quarter 20-18. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Naturalized Uzbekistani center Juliya Kiseleva (200-85) notched 18 points and 5 rebounds to lead the effort and international swingman Katerina Keyru (182-88) supported her with 7 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists. Even 12 points and 9 rebounds by guard Olga Vorobjova (180-87) did not help to save the game for Spartak St.Petersburg. Ekaterina Timofeeva added 12 points for the guests. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
