The game in Sostanj supposed to be also worth to mention about. Second ranked Krka (6-2) played at the court of 5th ranked Elektra (2-6). Krka smashed Elektra 84-52. The game without a history. Krka led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 60 of its points in the paint compared to Elektra's 20. They outrebounded Elektra 39-12 including a 26-7 advantage in defensive rebounds. The winners were led by Serbian center Uros Lucic (207-83) who scored that evening 13 points and 9 rebounds and international forward Edo Muric (202-91) supported him with 11 points and 7 rebounds. Four Krka players scored in double figures. Krka's coach Aleksandar Sekulic felt very confident that he used 11 players and allowed the starting five to rest. Even 11 points by guard Tadej Horvat (196-87) did not help to save the game for Elektra. Serbian forward Dorde Lelic (197-89) added 12 points for the hosts. Defending champion keeps a position of League leader. Elektra at the other side keeps the fifth place with six games lost. Krka's next round opponent will be Helios (#3) in Domzale, which may be the game of the day. Elektra will play on the road against Zlatorog in Lasko and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
