It looked good early as TEMP-SUMZ Revda took an 10-point lead at the end of first quarter. But then Severstal had a 28-15 second period charge getting the lead and TEMP-SUMZ Revda was not able to take back game control losing it eventually 85-91. Severstal made 25-of-32 charity shots (78.1 percent) during the game. Severstal had a 28-17 advantage in offensive rebounds. 31 personal fouls committed by TEMP-SUMZ Revda helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. The best player for the winners was guard Amiran Amirkhanov (187-86) who scored 31 points. Power forward Anatoliy Goritskov (211-83, agency: Ryzhov Stanislav) chipped in a double-double by scoring 16 points and 12 rebounds. Severstal's coach Sergei Mokin allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. Forward Aleksey Kirjanov (206-81) produced 17 points and 5 rebounds and forward Stanislav Sotnikov (200-85, agency: Ryzhov Stanislav) added 9 points and 5 assists respectively for the guests.
