Very predictable result in Tuebingen where fourth ranked Artland Dragons (24-10) defeated 12th ranked Walter Tigers (15-19) 85-74. It looked good early as Walter Tigers took an 9-point lead at the end of first quarter. But then Artland Dragons took control and eventually winning the game that evening by 11 points. They made 20-of-25 charity shots (80.0 percent) during the game. Walter Tigers were plagued by 26 personal fouls down the stretch. American center Darren Fenn (208-80, college: Canisius, agency: Limelight Hoops) notched a double-double by scoring 13 points and 10 rebounds to lead the effort and American-Puerto Rican forward Nathan Peavy (203-85, college: Miami, OH) supported him with 11 points, 8 rebounds and 4 blocks. Even 18 points and 9 rebounds by Bosnian forward Adnan Hodzic (203-88, college: Lipscomb) did not help to save the game for Walter Tigers.
