The game without a history. Ural Ekaterinburg led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Ural Ekaterinburg had a 22-10 advantage in offensive rebounds. Worth to mention a great performance of American forward Lorenzo Gordon (201-83, college: Oklahoma City, agency: Hart Sports Mngm) who helped to win the game recording 17 points and 7 rebounds (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field). Guard Anton Glazunov (182-86) contributed with 9 points and 9 assists for the winners. Four Ural Ekaterinburg players scored in double figures. Center Maksim Polyakov (206-84, agency: Ryzhov Stanislav) answered with 15 points and 8 rebounds and guard Amiran Amirkhanov (187-86) added 11 points in the effort for Severstal. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
