Very important is a road loss of Cherkasy (1-1) against DniproAzot (1-0) on Sunday night. Visiting Cherkasy was defeated by DniproAzot in a tough game in Dniprodzerzhynsk 56-64. It was a key game for the top position in the league. The hosts trailed by 4 points after first quarter, but they rallied back to get the 7-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 64-56.
