BC Odessa can celebrate finally their first win this season after three consecutive loses. They used home court advantage to defeat BC Kyiv (0-3) 88-82. BC Odessa made 17-of-22 charity shots (77.3 percent) during the game. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 22 assists. It was a good game for the former international Andriy Agafonov (208-86, agency: Interperformances) who led his team to a victory with 19 points. Moldovan guard Andrii Kalnichenko (200-86) contributed with 13 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. BC Odessa's coach Oleg Yushkin allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. American guard Anthony Goods (191-87, college: Stanford) replied with 20 points and his fellow American import forward Jarrod Jones (205-90, college: Ball St.) added 18 points in the effort for BC Kyiv.
